Meals today:
Lunch: Coho salmon house salad with balsamic vinegar. There’s a slice of beautiful watermelon radish on top. It’s so hard to find them in the markets but I found it at a farmers market once. This is from Fish 101. They do basics so well❣️😋😋😋
Dinner: Chicken red curry with roasted broccoli and caulirice. The high volume low calorie veggies helps me feel full with the protein from the chicken thighs. Yes, it’s a bloating combo 🤰
Exercise: I enjoyed a beautiful walk along the shores. #getoutside #gettingmystepsin #noexcuses
