Good morning Hobodon, I have chronic inflammation throughout my body and my immune system is attacking my body on every level. I'm looking for Eastern medicine that knows how to get rid of inflammation. Any suggestions?

Hello skinnyminilinny. I am sorry to read your comment about suffering from inflammation. Unfortunately, I know too little about Eastern medicine against the inflammation...
But, my experience may help... While reducing weight, I felt inflammation I had was reduced quite much. I had terrible allergy at my nose and skin, and now they are gone.
I was on "DASH diet" which is believed very healthy way of eating. Suggestion I may give to you is to search for DASH diet.
