Sharp eyes, Eva! 🧐👍🙋‍♂️ When my salmon packages were running out, I bought many packs of this low fat milk for protein. I will continue to have this for some time before changing to fish, tofu, or any other type of protein food. I am having one egg in the morning, one milk in the evening. Coffee is also softened with a little bit of milk. I love milk, eggs, cheese, and butter, which are not really ideal for cholesterol, and I am trying to control.

Lol! Am I coming across as a cyber stalker? 😂😂😂 I love the same foods you mention (I am a vegetarian, but could never be a vegan!), and I have some tendency towards high cholesterol too, so I follow your input with attention.
