thanks everyone ... one could say I weighted in rather empty today haha but it still shows I've made major progress this is the lowest I've been by far. the cut is working and I'm liking the results in the mirror thus far. hunger is manageable energy levels are still good and lifting is still unaffected. let's keep this train rolling. (scale will be up tommorow as I refill haha)

TomLong the energy level is what crushed me last go around but I had diet fatigue after over 6 months of being in a deficit now I'm refreshed and on a mission!! If the training starts to take a hit I'm going to up my calories and slow the process down further but still try to keep pushing forward 💪 don't want to lose the hard earned muscle
