Don’t really know what your weight goal is right now. Are you basically maintaining and just training for the Mudder? Or are you trying to go up/down a clothing size?

JustBananas trying this lean bulk thing out but it's proving to be very difficult to keep my woe and exercise load the same and put weight on. I'm training hard with the weights and still Walking alot plus the box jumps, rock climbing, rope climbing and speed ladder. Ultimately I think a muscular / athletic 160 pounds is the end goal. Well filled out size medium shirts and size small shorts / size 30 jeans

Athletic, muscular 165 would be even better but that might be pushing the reality of what's possible for now. Hope to do this until end of March then cut down to prime mudder shape for the race at the end of May

Well, my opinion means nothing, but I think you look perfect now, if 10 extra pounds is for aesthetics. The right weight for your frame and regular sports activities seems more practical 🤷♀️

I'm dillusional if I think I'll end up at 165 in a few months after cutting the fat haha idk where that number came from that will take a few years more than likely. But the reality is I built a bad ass gym that I'm going to never stop using and I'm just going to keep trying to get stronger and stronger which will mean heavier and heavier. I want to start doing spartan races this year as well and they are incredibly physically demanding. It's going to be a life long journey at this point there is no final end goal and there is no point of settling on a number or look it's just keep moving forward and never settling with where I'm at
