Redporchlady how have you been? haven't seen you around In awhile. and wow was my reaction too because I had no thoughts on going for. pr attempt tonight and I had just done a set of 225 for 6 followed by a set of 315 for 4 and I was like ohh why the heck not give it a try. I bet if I hadn't done the 315 for 4 I probably could ha whit the 4 plates either way still riding pretty high with tonight's PR and while in a deficit makes it even more surprising

Congratulations! You are just like my nephew. He is 18, 165lbs and going for 1000lb total. His PRs are 392lb DL, 265lb bench and 290ish squat. I only have him beat on the bench.

Tim Vail lol it all counts Tim it's you against you 😃 but to put things in perspective I've been lifting for a year and 1 week at this point and when I started doing deadlifts I was using 135 lbs for my sets and now my sets are 315 lbs very happy with my progress in a years time
