JustBananas I do well with staying on track and working toward my end game when I commit long in advance. No Spartans for otc this year just the tough mudder in May.

APhoebe usually around 2 hours I lile 3 minute rest periods this may have been longer because I was on a zoom cub Scout committee meeting for part of it 😄

The 21k is going to be interesting last years course was over 7000 feet of elevation gain inlcuding the 3 mile death March straight up the ski slope 3000 feet of gain
