Oh my that is so cute!! I love that she tells you what to do. LOL My little grandson was over last night and he goes "Nana, guess what I got some little weights!" So my St. Patricks was him and I playing marbles and alphabet wars.

Great job, not just the exercise but in including your daughter. You do a fantastic job including them when you exercise. I hope they keep it up when they hit their teens!

Thanks everyone, I'm raising a little drill instructor!! She hears me telling my son to keep his butt down when hes doing his push ups and now she tells me the same thing even when it is down 😆 the worst is when she decides she's done doing the burpees with me and it's time to jump on my back while I'm on my stomach about to do the push up ahhh she's something else.

Lol the best was yesterday my son got in trouble and his punishment was 30 burpees. he was doing a terrible job at them so I said your little sister does better burpees than you, do I need to have her show you how to do them?? He didn't believe me so I called her downstairs to show him how to do them correctly and she did 10 perfect ones in a row to show him how it's done as he stood watching in disbelief. We watch way too many spartan races on YouTube and in the beginning of the race they always chant awuu awuu awuu so of course she chanted that when she was done
