Happy 😃 😃 o well on the scale…

Last 2 days been hitting 10,000 steps…5 miles…but sleep hast been that great…supposedly burning 5,000 calories for the day….more moving then just walking….

So……planning day..as I sip ☕️….gonna change upper body workout…using lighter weights and bands… https://youtu.be/LPW7txwiWSY …..big muscles aren’t my goal….just keep from losing what I have…

Excessive heat from now till 24th…guess august weather is back..be shutting window once sun pops up..and dropping blinds….

Sister got her notice for surgery at end of month…be packing the bags for over nighter..she will stay 5-7 days at hospital…then transferred closer to recovery..and therapy…

Well…coffee is gone..time to move….

Ty Mc….it’s hard to see the scale go the wrong way from time to time….even after all these years….but I have been changing things up…so it’s to be expected….I just got done setting a rollator up…so I can go for walks outside….guess I just had to put up with walking inside to finally say it’s time to get outside and enjoy the early morning air …should have done this sooner…but just wasn’t mind set to do it….I put a horn on it and a water bottle carrier….I’m ready to use it in the morning….lol…
