Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday…

Rain passing by…..not here yet….

Yesterday was suppose to be a riding day..but my body just didn’t feel like it…instead was just a recovery day…guess I needed the recovery…according to my whoop…even when I don’t think I’m over trained..it tells me I have…just what I’ve gotten use to..pushing it as hard as I can…my body will tell me…when I need the recovery…

Just got a rain alert on ipad…guess…it’s closer…

Sippin ☕️…thinking about todays upper body workout…and what my intentions are to accomplish…

For breakfast it’s biscuit's an gravy..not my food…so it’s either biscuit and sausage…or fast till lunch…todays Wednesday….fried chicken…o boy…

I listen to a lot of podcasts about how the food chain is broken..it’s no different here…
