Lazy fast easy lunch. About 375 calories. Toasted mission sun dried tomato tortillas, cucumber, sweet potato chickpea hummus from the freezer, Greek yogurt mixed with some dill dip dressing mix and olives.

I am going to start putting a fork on the plate for perspective. These are those 4-5” round tortillas.
