Weighed on Saturday as I took a few planned days off. Lovely home cooked meal for valentines, out for lunch with dad - as it was his first wedding anniversary without mum and a birthday meal on Sunday. It was nice but I did feel guilty, like I was ruining my progress. Back to being sensible again and undoing the damage!
