Oh, I bake sourdough, too! I’m new to this app, and look forward to using its tool to help me figure out working reasonable portions into a healthy diet.

E, a neighbor gifted me the starter and I’ve been baking with it since. Can you control the proofing time? I think that the main difference, if it doesn’t have enough time to proof the bread will come out dense like a brick.  

I wish.. My starter is back in Italy. I have to ask some friends if they can pick it up for me next time they travel there. That starter is 10+ years old. 😂😂
