I tried my rings 💍 on today! One almost fits! yeah! I remember buying it for myself, and I know I felt great back then. Honestly, I can't believe how little I was. My last two rings can almost go over my knuckle in the morning. I think random inflamation can me the issue. I only have a few pounds to go! LET'S DO IT! I've got bills to pay and things to do. Have a great day!

This was so good. London Broil. A few hours in the slow cooker with a little Worcestershire and beef broth. And , good night!

I put cottage cheese in my omlet cuz I didn't have cream. It was really good. Note to self, blend first! It was sticking to the pan I like the swiss cheese on top because you can taste it more. Have a great day!

I'm not losing weight but might be losing inches. Time will tell! My air fryer died. 😭 oh i loved it so. Tigger and I took a short hike. He loves the woods so much. He also likes pork rinds 🤣 I had an odd combination today. I strained the water out of the greek yogurt to make ice cream which i haven't done yet. It's now like a tangy spreadable cheese! So, I put a little on the pork rinds with a blue berry 😋 It was odd but pretty good! I also had a left over beef tenderloin. I'm glad it didn't go bad. I hate to waste meat! I hope everyone is having a peaceful day! I took a good nap. Time to do something! I don't know what but I know I've got huge lists of things to do that I'm avoiding!
