Like 2 weeks ago I started eating at 1850 calorie a day vs 1900...just cause everyone is talking about a summer body 😁

Hip hip hooray for summer body goals! Do you know your body fat percent? I’m just curious because there’s the fitness icons out there your height stating they eat 2500 calories and don’t seem to be super active and stay lean all year round. I’m not sure they are telling the truth. I know for me and my stats that wouldn’t work.

Oh when I lost most of my weight I lifted weights, last time I checked I was at 20% body fat. I would definitely gain weight at 2500. That # varies from person to person, according to sex n height oh n activity level
