Ema i maintain 120 lbs easily with 2050 calories in fact I think I need to up my calorie 😬 cause In the long run I will be under 120lbs

For maintenance I guess I should only eat 1800 😬 I guess I am active. I am an active lazy person, it’s hard for me to say I’m active

Rosio, can you help me figure this out? If goal weight is 135, for weight loss, I get calories at 1350, Protein at 135 grams, fat at 41 grams, but I don’t know how to figure carbs b/c I have no idea how grams converts to calories.

1 gram of protein per body weight is perfect
