Yeah our intakes are pretty much the same, except I aim for 200+g protein a day

I aim for no less then 1.2g per pound of weight.
Some say it's excessive others have more, it works for me

Protein is my cheapest macro to get, I shoot my meat as often as I can. Rabbits and goats mostly but not done slot for months and I often get free chicken,whey powder is cheap per serve
