Lol I used to do this... I thought “well I’m out of keto, might as well eat everything.” 😂😂😂 silly me, now I’m in and out of keto like a snake maintaining, getting the benefits of hunger control while eating socially. It will always take effort to maintain/lose, but the health rewards are so worth it. Thank you to D, rosio, Chris, keyten, Bella, wifey, liv, (am I missing anyone, keith lol?) for supporting this flexible woe.

It makes obtaining health goals stress free. When I feel like I have the determination I will eat a little less, if i feel more hungry I’ll eat more but aim for maintenance calories, if I go over, work out a little harder. ⚖️ I’m feeling good, no major injuries so going to march forward towards goal.
