I don’t recommend trader joe’s sardines in water. My neighbor was getting rid of them so I took them. They don’t taste very good. Seasons brand in olive oil is much tastier. The fish was firmer. Trader Joe’s sardines had the texture of tuna fish. Breakfast was free.
