Keyten and Liv, Heat oil, add garlic add minced beans. Cook veggies, add meat. Mix sauce together. Add to pan. Wait until sauce thickens and done. Sub sugar with sweetener or omit.

For bittermelon, I had to keep adding water to the pan to keep it from burning. The bittermelon took some time to cool until tender.

You’re welcome! Might need to adjust to taste, it’s good to eat with rice or cauli rice, but itself it was a bit salty.

Yes. I minced the beans and added it to the sauce instead.
I added oil, and garlic and bittermelon to the pan Cook the bittermelon until tender adding water to the pan to keep it from burning. Added the slivers of salmon. Cooked it through, added the sauce, waited until it’s thick then plate. :)
