Yum! I dislike fresh tomatoes, but a homemade, good tomato soup is lovely!  

It was the perfect dinner. My tummy is happy. 😊

I have a very fresh and delicious tomato, I made a dip yesterday for my husband with toasted tortilla bread. It's fresh grated tomatoes, tahini, finely chopped onions, hot peppers, salt and that's it. Simple, fast and light.
