There are
some remaining steamed octopus (but now chilled at fridge) from yesterday 90g, mini tomatoes 60g, Asian pear (white pieces on the left) 100g, almonds 7g, sweet potatoes 80g. Soy sauce & wasabi is for octopus.
Usually, I have an boiled egg for protein, but today, I have octopus instead. 😋

It is a cup of low fat milk 100ml warmed from microwave, and stirred with a tea spoon of Nescafe.
My morning ritual, simple & economical way of making a cafe latte! 😅
Good for health, because there is no cholesterol unlike espresso (that I like so much)
