Our waiter was good❣️ He was able to tell us what was in the food so we were able to figure it out. We all stuck with our woes❣️ 

Moops did you treat them and made the choices? 

We all got to choose what we wanted to eat and drink, chestnut 😋

Moops it is just a shame we are so far apart , if I make a million I would buy a house in California as a second home, just to see the calimafia so that you can give me invaluable advice on a way of living and to keep me on track❤

That was a lot of food Moo but since 1/2 was veggies it was low calories. You do a great job with this healthy lifestyle diet

Haha I was surrounded by the pros❣️ We talked a lot while eating so we slowed down our consumption allowing our bodies to tell us when we’re full without having to finished it all #mindfulisthenewintuitive
