Mmm, so it's a fridge cleaning operation? That's good to do. When I do that with my pantry and fridge I aways amaze myself at how long can I go without buying food.

Sometimes, I buy some food from supermarket without realizing the same food is still available in the fridge. Regularly, I try to empty fridge before shopping.
I believe I can eat home for a week without shopping using food that I still have in fridge/pantry. :)
