Hello M6646734-37, it is a coffee (hand-drip made with Starbucks ground beans). I just had a lunch, almost same food as breakfast this morning. Sorry to confuse you. 😅👋 Tea is take sometimes. Usually, I boil water (2 liters a day) and put a barley tea (2 tea bags) for a day. Sometimes, I include a cup of water (barley tea) instead of coffee. :)

헬로 제니님, 동그란 빵은 그저께 잠봉뵈르 사러 갔다가 없어서 다른 샌드위치 사고 같이 산 호두빵?인데 점심에 바사크래커랑 같이 먹었네요. 버터 10그램 다 먹는 건 드문 일인데, 빵이 맛있으니 순삭... 🤣

thx for the information.🙏 In the meantime I read about it in the internet and will try this tea.
Somehow the positive characteristics of barely tea must have been lost here in Germany. Different to Asia, Korea. Here it's mainly used to brew beer🍺 or as food for animals🐖🐂 Then it gets very mild with one tea bag per one litre of water.🤔😋 Have a nice day🙋🏼♂️

You may try Asian grocery store if you have one in your town. Barley tea is so common in Korea. hope you will find and try. 😊
