Good Mornin FSF 🌞

Well, the weekend flew by and it's the start of another work week for many of you. Being happily retired, I gotta say it's sure nice not to have to face Mondays at a job anymore.😊

I just want to send a word of encouragement to those who are starting a fresh week of employment...bless you all 🙏 Let's be thankful for the opportunity to bring home a paycheck, and the chance to serve others in this precarious world we live in. My heart goes out to anyone that is looking for work...may THIS be the week that you find that job 🙏

My heart is also with those in Ukraine and the surrounding countries, all struggling to meet the needs of those oppressed by the attacks. God, please protect them 🙏

I thought the 'plate' illustration was interesting. Of course, the proportions will look very different for those doing Keto type diets...but for many of us, this is a pretty good visual example. Take care today. 👋💙
