I know ur probably joking 🙃 but the reason I’m here is cause I have to discipline myself to only eat one plate. My goal is to one day intuitively eat, n if really want to achieve that I gotta learn to not only eat one plate but to stop eating once i feel i ate enough. (I have to say I felt full with only rice n pasta😳) but i shove the meat up anyways 😅
