晚餐:0.5杯高麗菜、0.5杯四季豆、0.5杯茄子、0.5杯蘑菇、0.5杯毛豆
運動:健走(3公里/30分鐘)、卷腹(50下/5分鐘)、滾輪(10x5下/5分鐘)、伏地挺身(30x2下/3分鐘)
心得:新工作才開始第二天,便已感受到壓力,不過我會保持正面的心態。

Weight: 231.0 lb (-1.1)
Body fat: 30.6 (-0.2)
Breakfast: 1 serving of salad with caesar dressing; 1 cup of coffee
Lunch: 6 wontons with spicy sauce; 1 cup of green beans; 1 cup of chicken soup with mushroom
Dinner: 0.5 cups of cabbage; 0.5 cups of green beans; 0.5 cups of eggplant; 0.5 cups of mushroom; 0.5 cups of edamame
Exercise: walk (1.8 miles/30 minutes); crunches (50/5 minutes); abs roller (10x5/5 minutes); push-ups (30x2/3 minutes)
Thought: It's only my second day at the new job and I can already feel the stress. All in all, I'll keep a positive mindset.

Nice weight drop and the food looks good!! Starting and new job is always stressful but you will get the hang of it. Be patient and kind with yourself. Good luck!

Leon as an ex Systems Project Manager, I would say that the question you don’t ask, is the one that will bite you in the @$$! LOL Close your eyes for a moment or two, take a deep breath, and just be in the moment to destress. 🤷🏻‍♀️You can tackle anything one step at a time, Hon! 🙋🏻

You might increase some calories to support for the work load! Boiled eggs , milk and soybean milk are all benefial.
