I am stuck at 159. I'm not binging or anything, but I haven't been getting in multiple workouts either. Could also be steroids, because that's what they do. So annoyed.
Last night we didn't walk, one of the dogs has a lame foot due to a broken nail and vet said to give it a couple of days of rest. It's my big boy, my protector, so not roaming around in the dark without him. I turned up the music in the house and did 1.5 hours of housework before the weekend. Pool is down at the moment due to a fuse/breaker issue, they are supposed to be contacting me today. Today is the official weigh in at noon. Sigh.
Update: go figure, I weigh less at noon than I did when I woke up to the tune of 1.5 lbs. Happy enough it's not up. Bodies are so weird. Pool tech comes Tuesday. Walking until then. At least I can still use the spa.
