This is going to sound weird but the lab work the doc Berry and STTM suggested. Results are slowly coming in and it's finally showing why I'm not losing and constantly hungry, feeling horrible etc! years of this.. Yeah, I've never been so excited to see bad lab results. It's going to be another week till it's all complete, then I'll post. till then, sticking to it and just grateful I'm not gaining!

and by the way, I love liver, and made pate.. who knew liver had carbs! 😱 not many but it isn't 0

I love liver too. and it is nutrient rich as well. good thing you are getting checked out. I am long overdue a visit myself. Hope they give you the answers you need.

It can be a relief to finally know why all your hard work isn’t showing up on the scale ect. I feel ya. Hopefully the docs can straighten everything out!

Usually the liver thing is the texture. Try homemade pate with onion, hardboiled eggs, S&P. Mix beef and chicken livers for a better flavor.
