This is going to sound weird but the lab work the doc Berry and STTM suggested. Results are slowly coming in and it's finally showing why I'm not losing and constantly hungry, feeling horrible etc! years of this.. Yeah, I've never been so excited to see bad lab results. It's going to be another week till it's all complete, then I'll post. till then, sticking to it and just grateful I'm not gaining!
and by the way, I love liver, and made pate.. who knew liver had carbs! 😱 not many but it isn't 0
