Another notch and ice cream for dinner last night! Granted it was Halo Top and we walked half the zoo at a good clip.

I’m going for below 150 by September. I’ve been in a bit of a work rut, but need to power through and include my goals in getting through it all. Totally doable. Just need to stay disciplined on the exercise that goes with that healthy lifestyle. I was with a seasoned hiker at the zoo and we powered through those hills and really only stopped a couple places. If I’d done it a year ago, I would have been a sweaty mess. I could have done the walk, but it would have been much harder. The improved cardio is a bonus.

Almost forgot. The skinny goal jeans fit this morning. Irony is that I’m not wild about them. Go figure.

Skinny jeans look best on women with long, thin legs and small bottoms. Curvy women are not as successful with the look.
