keto to CARNIVORE DAY 19: change up! 3 weeks is enough! I'm keeping the basics of carnivore, meals surrounded by meat but adding one important food a day. today it was BAKERS CHOCOLATE 😂😳😳😳 Ya, who wants to live without chocolate haha! I think next I'll test coconut... all in order of what I really like to use in my diet. then maybe olives, spinach, then I might go clean a few days. then test the big ones like eggs and cheese and almond flour? last night I was so hungry, so my hunger signals are still off. I'm thinking if I could just add a salad, oil and vinegar with meat I might feel better. ok, time to do another house repair and resume! 👍 ya
