I have a few curse words I'll leave out. ✋ if you follow me, you'll know my weight loss has been a cruel joke on me. things I did differently over the last two days. I had some wine. and I cut back on my bio identical hormones. so, I'm going on 5 months keto, total loss 5 pounds. there has got to be something else wrong but I need to wait a few more weeks before I call the doc again.

gosh I would have thought you would have started leveling off by now. hopefully if you are strict the next couple days things will get back to pre treat weekend

I just gained 3lbs after consuming only 600 calories! So today I have you beat on the WTF! :) We will both be fine. I really believe that :)

There's got to be something else wrong. I would think your body can only be an asshole for so long before it gives in and drops some damn weigh! Ugh I feel so frustrated for you :(

I lose very, very slowly unless I get really focused, visualize the loss, and cut my calories (and carbs) waaaaay back. Have you tried visualization?

I wonder if there is any chance that he is sensitive to the whey or the cream to cause this effect?? a certan limit until it kicks in??

Jenjabba, that's not what I meant. I clear my mind, visualize the scale showing the loss I want. I'll do this several times a day but especially just before bed. It creates a cognitive dissonance between what I see in my mind versus what I see on my scale. This really increases my focus and will power.

Maybe I miss read or I’m confused. Keto for last 5 months but mostly carnivor? While I’m sure you should be losing too I’ve also heard the too much protein could curb the effects of Ketosis. I think I’ve seen or heard that here somewhere. Strict KETO would look something like Carbs 10%, Fat 70%, and Protein 20%. Maybe too much protein? Might be worth a try?

she takes readings 60pack and knows. I am doing carnivore too and while I don't test on the sticks in my bloodwork I am definitely in a good level. and you do keep a balance of fat to protein very similar if not just like keto, the major difference is no veggies. some of us have food sensitivities and can't have a multitude of foods. I am definitely one. It is not a high protein diet unlike the impression, it is more a moderate protein with fat

Baskington, I gave up dairy. I only have it maybe once a week with a coffee. I even gave up coffee. So, I'm mostly no fake sweetners too. I can't give up anything else. Except food. Heck even when I did the 5 day fast I only lost 2 pounds.HA! Then I screwed up and broke the fast with the wrong food. Dang I was starving. Uh well. I'm not perfect but were wayyyyy more perfect than most.

That too most protein has been mostly debunked, but if your a stuck try anything. My protein stays between 60-100 usually thanks, and my carbs have been 0-15 except for an occasional cheat day on carbs. Which are rare. Thanks.

none of us are Jenjabba, we all take a break once in a while and sometimes those breaks get us a break through. I have struggled with figuring out what is going on with you and the only thing I can think of that I have not suggested is a vitamin defiency which can cause hormone inbalance. but you don't seem to have much in the way of physical complaints you talk about. I just started using a new magnesium supplement and it totally changed the pain in my calves I have complained about for 2 decades. I have an absorbsion issue too and normal vitamins don't tend to get in my system even that electrolyte of Adefs doesn't seem to do much. but this really did a number on me today. I will have to do extreme low doses a couple times a day.
