As predicted yesterday, a small drop. Tomorrow (and possibly Friday) will be up around 148-149, then dropping again from a woosh by Saturday.

Yeah, I'm on track to meet my formulated expectations as well, this week. Had a whoosh last night - finally dumped all the water I was holding on to from that massage. First time ever I lost almost 2 pounds over night. It was fun. :)

I thought massage was all foo-foo stuff for most of my life until I got a free massage to deal with the stress of caring for both my parents at the same time while they were in hospice. I was A LITTLE STRESSED. LOL I was so impressed with it that I became an LMT (licensed massage therapist) in Ohio (the toughest LMT state) after they passed, so learned all about the not-so-foo-foo side of it. I never did it for money, I was a software engineer for that, but did it as a way to help people. It can be life changing.

The woosh is always fun, but can get people all up in arms about retaining water. I've been eating spinach almost everyday to up my potassium intake. Since, ya know we're supposed to get more of that than sodium 🤣. My weight has been ultra steady since. Now I just need to stop eating so Damn much food 🍲

I just watch my sodium intake, for the most part, and drink lots of water (when I'm at home). :)

I'm in a def and not losing but gaining glutes and hammies lol. Maybe some calf gains too. Plz Santa.
