I have 3 food oriented events coming up. 2 holiday buffets and 1 picnic social gathering. I’m going to let go a little calorie wise for one of them but get back on it.
I was a little surprised by today’s drop. Since I was ate much more yesterday and burned only slightly more. But weight can be anything from water to 💩. Guess I’m no longer full of 💩. 20 lbs down from July!
