Holidays are over, I’m back to my normal. goal accomplished, I did not go over 120 lbs 😏
Not even for the “holiday” excuse 😌

I want to eat 2200 calories a day 😋 regardless of how much I weight. Of course has to be under 120 lbs

I think I can maintain 117 lbs at 2200
|
But also, i don’t count my veggies, sugar n cream of my coffees, gum, etc
|
So in reality I might eat a lil more than what I think
|
Of course that’s now that I’m on maintenance, cAuse when I was in a deficit trying to lose weight I use to count every single calories
|

I guess it’s xause im awake from 6am-9pm but I am on the floor playing with cars and tracing letters or driving most of the time
|
So I don’t understand how that’s active. Active is a person working at in n out, at a farmhouse, a waiter, u know what I mean 🧐
