Oops lesson learned, do not take electrolytes on an empty stomach. I felt nauseous almost immediately after and ate a small snack, broke the fast. I’ll try again tomorrow.

Feeling very sore could mean, swelling; thus weight gain. Give yourself a day off and then weigh.
