I need to gain weight, I need to fit into a size 0 😖 Chris how many calories should I eat?

I have been thinking of adding 50-100 calories to my daily intake. it is going to be 3500 in 5-10 weeks maybe it's not enough, but I don't want to gain fat either.

While I will never have this exact problem...I can't wait to have this problem!! Some day...1 pound at a time I will say..."man! I've lost too much!" LOL The plan...at least in my heart of hearts is to build enough muscle to stop hurting. Once upon a time, a long time ago, when I weighed 140 pounds...I was super strong and it didn't hurt to carry myself all day! That is the real goal here! We'll see!

Maintenance calories. add 200 to 300 when you lift.

I have come to the conclusion that I am made just of fat , I am not in my bones yet, but I really look skinny with clothes on.

I know what I should be doing to change my body composition (bulking) but I am also scared of gaining body fat back

Definitely spend time with the kids! mine are old enough to take care of themselves pretty much now which is giving me extra time to get into shape.
