First time in a while I give advice to one of my family members, don’t know if she will apply it but we will see. She deprives herself during week to snack at parties mindlessly.

For instance last night I ate 8 “st tacos”, 2 spoonfuls of cake (I was too full after tacos) one beer and 1 coffee ☕️.
But I did not touch the chips, arroz con leche, candy, jello, soda, cookies or the ice cream. I won’t eat this ever at family gatherings cause with all the chatting and happiness I know I won’t stop. (Ok to be honest that was my old reason, now cause my tummy can not handle more food)
