Hi FS! It feels weird that I haven’t posted in so long! Hope you all are working hard and being kind to yourselves💪🏼💕 My son has been hospitalized for the last two weeks and is home now. He starts a partial hospitalization program this week. It’s been so sad to realize that we need this level of care for him due to his disabilities and mental illness. I have to be strong and do whatever will help my family find some happiness. All I want to do is binge eat and hide out. Not doing that, but I’m afraid I will. Need to check in here more often because I feel like I’m at risk for falling into old patterns.
