Thanks! Trying to get my shit together 😜 I was looking at my averages this morning. I was eating about 1100 average since Jan. And now this past week off keto I’ve got a daily average of like 1800 so 🤷♀️ Yeah weight gain is expected. Only issue is that 1100 on keto feels like 1800 off keto lol
