Feeling really dizzy this morning. I felt this way yesterday too. Not sure what’s going on. I think I’m drinking just enough water (6 glasses) so I don’t think it dehydration 🤔

For me it is never about the water, it is always about the electrolytes.

The thing is; if we are eating solid food and drinking water, we don't need to drink electrolytes.

That’s weird. You’re eating 3 meals a day now, right? I have no idea, but maybe just up the water and throw in some electrolytes to see if it helps? 🤷🏻♀️

Six glasses of water? Are you consuming other liquids as well? If you are working out, that's not enough.

I get that way too, off and on. Haven't figured out why yet.

Maybe check to see if you need iron. Sometimes that happens

The first thing everyone gets in the Er that doesn't have cardiac issues.. Saline.. Aka hydration 😉

I’m eating balanced meals through out the day. No keto, no fasting, no exercise and only 1 cup of coffee. I know that doesn’t seem like enough water but I don’t feel dehydrated and I think I am getting enough electrolytes. Maybe not though. I really had to salt the living day lights out of my food while on keto 😅 I stopped since I’m eating over 100 grams of carbs a day. I’m was anemic before keto/ losing 50lbs, but I don’t know about dieting that time. I think my anemia got better since I was eating so much meat. Now I’m now though so... 🤔
