Yes, except when I’m eating out but I still estimate my calories. I think this uptick is from muscle soreness. Will find out in 2 days.

I do tape measurements too, I know I’m gaining inches. My stomach isn’t as flat and lean as looking as in dec. I’m looking wider. But my arms and back have more definition. My butt and thighs are thicker.
