Back to 160.5. Was only able to do a walk last night but went at a quick clip, so that was satisfying. 6AM call this morning, based on results, going to be a long, busy day at the desk. Will stop at 2 for a swim whether I have to come back to work or not. The midday break makes me feel energized. I like it.
