Exhausting weekend, but good, I guess. Pretty kept moving every moment of every day until bedtime. Didn't eat a lot of food that I made because I was mostly on the run. Don't like that, miss the fresh stuff when I don't have it. Don't get me wrong, I ate some kale salad mix and some berries, but there were more prepared foods than normal. I also hate cooking when the house it hot.

Did bands in the water last night instead of swimming after work. Good way to cool down. Still hit all three rings all three days. We're into our weird belated summer here in SoCal. Pack walk tonight if it's not too hot for the dogs. Only time will tell there.

Day 28 of closing all three rings. Goal is 45 and then some. Watch wants to move me up to more than 600 move calories daily, I'm going to pass right now. Maybe later.
