There has to be a point when the loss is fat or I'd look like a raisin. But yes, lean mass as well. The normal ups and downs of water and food weight. :P

The skull was used because I did not enjoy the large drop. I prefer the smaller ones these days. My gym endurance was down and I think my energy in the gym is crucial to getting the best results. Got in 3500 today so hopefully no drop. Not trying to anger anyone, I'm just not in a hurry these days. The slower the better.

Maricopa, I'm really active and Chris is on a bulk. It depends on your goals. Thanks! 3500 yesterday and down another .8. I think it was because I slept 8.5 hours instead of 5.5.
