I am sooo tired! I can’t wait for this day to over and I haven’t even gone to work yet 😞
Last night I started feeling really lightheaded. I thought maybe I was just hungry or a bit dehydrated but I drank a bottle of water and ate a cup of chicken chili and still felt weird.
I was so paranoid I was going to have a BPPV (vértigo brought on by repositioning my head too quickly) episode that I slept propped up on a pillow with my head facing straight. I woke up with out any issue but I feel a little lightheaded again and of course I didn’t sleep soundly.
After dropping off the kids, I did my grocery shopping, ate oatmeal, yogurt with blueberries and now I’m going to try to take an hour nap before I go to work 😞 🙏🏻 Praying I make it to thanksgiving 😔

Sry you feel crappy and hope the nap helped! Sometimes when I move my head tot he right I’ll get dizzy. The room spins and spins until I feel sick. Move it left again and it usually goes away or isn’t so bad. It sucks lol. Hope you feel better now!

Ooooooh, I landed in the hospital a while back with that BPPV. Not a fun experience. There is a maneuver, called the Epley Maneuver, that you can do at home that helps put you back right. You can look it up on U-Tube and watch videos that show you how to do it. It works great! Hope you feel better soon.

I get vertigo as well, maybe once a year.. I normally just wait it out.. just bother me when I move head up from a vertical position (always means the end of crunches). But it goes away after a couple of weeks

So, you have benign positional vertigo? Do you do the exercise for that? My husband has the same thing. Hope you are better soon. ♥️

Thanks guys 🥰🥰 I found out about the peluche maneuver but didn’t have luck with it the last time in December when I had an episode. I have only had about a half dozen episodes since 2001. Only recently did I discover what it was and how to treat it. I feel good now too! 😁😁 I ate a lot of carbs and let me tell you; I went from exhausted to fully charged after a small fry and 3 white chocolate truffles 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

After a strict week of cutting I am on a sugar high! I also had a large piece of thin crust pizza and granola clusters. I ate it all in moderation too 😇😇 and then I went to the gym (at 11 pm) and got my Deadlift routine in 😃😃💪💪

I have BPPV too. First time it happened I was on holiday in bed. My partner brought me a cup of tea. I sat up twisting my head. Fell straight back again and just screamed. Thought the whole house had tilted LOL. Scary stuff!!! Only had a couple of episodes since then and none of them so severe. The exercises do help me though. Fingers crossed you will be good.
