Only real change is swapping turkey out instead of chicken and trying to stay around 1200. Moving every day. I did add the olive oil in the morning, but I think that’s just coincidence. Oh, not being swollen up with fluids helps, too. Drinking lots of hot tea to stay warm. Let’s see how far we can take this during the height of the holiday season without any other major changes. I am walking when I can’t swim.
