Couple personal lessons yesterday. I didn't go to the store this weekend, so have been eating out of the cupboards including some instant soup and a protein drink. No complaints, but I didn't really eat enough to swim and walk and was crazy hungry when I went to bed, which I did anyways. I also ate too early. Good strong swim, 13,000 steps, probably not enough calories. Pack walk tonight, will try and get some extra steps in ahead of time since we've been going at a slower pace lately.
