Kinda flat, but okay. Was good over the weekend overall. Swam both days, walked long course Friday night, closed all the rings each day and then some. Turkey in the fridge for the week, made the butternut quinoa salad I planned and it's pretty tasty. Will add spinach each day rather than putting it in the mix to get gross. Still doing the olive oil thing.
